At A-iPower, we value every customer and strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return or refund according to the terms below.
The return service is currently available only within the country of purchase.
- If your item was purchased directly from the A-iPower official store, you are eligible to request a return or refund.
- If your item was purchased from an authorized distributor or retailer, please contact them directly to follow their return policy.
- Return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and regulations.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel their order within 48 hours after placing it by contacting our support team via email or phone.
If the product has already been shipped, a $25 intercept fee will be charged.
Please note that additional transaction fees may apply depending on your payment provider after shipment.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for customers who are not fully satisfied with their purchase.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The customer is responsible for both shipping costs (to and from A-iPower).
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund minus any applicable shipping fees.
If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase, a full refund cannot be offered.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact A-iPower Customer Service with your order number and proof of purchase.
Our support team will provide detailed instructions on how to properly pack and return your product to ensure it arrives safely.
Please note: Returns sent without prior notification or incomplete information may not be processed.
Refund Process
- For non-quality issues, refunds are provided under the “30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.”
- For quality-related issues, partial refunds may be issued depending on the product’s condition and usage time after 30 days of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
