Shipping Policy
When Will My Order Ship?
Here’s how it works: you order → we process → we ship → you receive your A-iPower product.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 3–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to one of our trusted carriers. Delivery usually takes an additional 3–5 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
In total, please allow 7–10 working days from the time your order is placed until it arrives, unless otherwise noted for specific products or during peak seasons.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey all the way to your door.
Where Do We Ship To?
A-iPower currently ships to the contiguous United States.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
All deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details (name, address, phone number, and email) are correct to avoid any delivery delays or missed shipments.
